Matteo “il Rosso” Cantiello looks at massive stars. He is a postdoc at the Argelander-Institut für Astronomie at the University of Bonn, Germany. He recently got his Ph.D. in Astrophysics at Utrecht University, The Netherlands, with a dissertation on Gamma Ray Bursts and supernovae progenitors and the evolution of their circumstellar medium (you can read his publications here). He is originally from Cecina, Tuscany.
